How to create an account?
Sign-up
Before you can place an order with Schlossapo.de you will be asked to create a customer account. The fields marked with an orange asterisk are mandatory. You can alter the information you provide at any time by logging into your account.
What are Registry Codes?
Registry Code
By entering a registrycode you will receive special prices and offers. If you are owning one don’t hesitate to fill in the form when signing in.
How do I get access to my account?
Log-In
A new account can be created in the upper right corner with your email-adress and your password. You will be able to use our practical features like shopping-lists or the order-history.
Profile
Here you can change your personal data like your password, different delivery addresses and bank-accounts.
Shopping-lists
Create any number of shoppinglists you wish and add your favourite articles. You can give them individual names and choose between different lists. Single articles or even the whole list can be put in to the cart. It makes shopping even easier.
Hint
Articles can easily be added to shopping-lists in the detailed view. It only works, when you are logged-in.
Order-history
Every order is recorded in the order-history. You can repeat your last purchase by putting the articles with one click to the cart.
What if I forgot my password?
Forgot your Password?
If you cannot remember your password, simply click on the link forgot password? and an email containing your decrypted password will be sent to the email address you originally provided when you registered.
How do I find drugs?
Shopping
Categories
You find our products in the horizontal menu. By leaving the mouse on the categories menu a field opens up, where you find all our products fast and clear sorted by indications.
Search
The field Search: You can search for drugs by name, e.g. "Aspirin"or by number, the so called PZN (Pharmazentralnummer).
How to order?
Odering
To make an order at Schlossapo.de you should register first or be logged in. Then put your articles in the cart and click on cart, where you are leaded through the checkout-process step by step.

Check your articles in the cart and change the number or delete articles.
Adressdaten - Adress
Order adress and delivery adress. Ordering without registration is possible too.

Prüfen und Bestellen - Check and order
Check your order a last time, before you click on the "Buy" button. You will receive a confirmation mail.
I have not received a mail confirmation, what shall I do?
Email confirmation
If you don‘t receive a confirmation mail fifteen minutes after having placed an order just check out, if your mail address you delivered is correct or if you confirmed the terms and conditions in the checkout-process before. After a while the new order is shown in the order-history. Please check out the spam folder of your mail-client.

For first-time-buyers the easiest way to make a payment. All information needed for the payment is displayed on the last page of the checkout-process or in the info-page.
Credit card
We accept Visa and Master card. You are redirected to the external pages of our card processing partner Ogone.
Invoice After your third order as a registered customer you will be given the possibility to pay via invoice.
PayPal
You need to be customer of PayPal, again you are redirected to the external page of PayPal.

What are the shipping methods??

Parcel Service DPD
Regularly shipping is done by our logistics partner DPD.
Pickup
Local Pickup provides you with the alternative delivery location in our pharmacies in Ottweiler and Wiebelskirchen, Saarland, where you can collect your parcels.
Courier
If your delivery adress is in an around Ottweiler, delivery is possible to your home by our own courier Service.

What does the shipping cost?
Shipping bills
For orders under 40€ in value we charge €4,95 for delivery in Germany. Orders containing drugs only available by prescription are generally free of charge.
The pickup service is free of charge (except orders by telephone, fax, mail an e-mail).

Local pickup
If you are living near by our pharmacies in Ottweiler and Wiebelskirchen, you can choose to collect your parcel during hours.

How fast is your delivery?
Delivery
We value the fastest possible processing of your orders. Orders up to 12 clock leave our house usually the same day and are the next day on you. Usually the delivery time is 1-2 business days.
You will be notified about delivery of your order with a shipping confirmation email. Have you chosen DPD as shipping service, this email also contains a packet number and a link to track your order./p>
What if I am not home while my parcel gets delivered?
Missed delivery
Weren’t you at home during delivery attempt, you can apply for a new delivery on the page neuzustellung.de - free, around the clock, seven days a week. For this purpose, only the package information number and the postal code is required. Is the assignment before midnight, it is usually delivered the next working day.
We recommend the Flex service delivery by DPD, to determine delivery time by yourself.

Schlossapo.de offers the usual assortment of a pharmacy with products in a range from drugs and health items to beauty products, toiletries, vitamins, skincare. All items are original, safe and fitted with insert. In addition Schlossapo.de offers wide range of anthroposophic and homoeopathic medicines and natural remedies.
The largest stock in the southwestern region of Germany enables high and quick delivery.
Can you deliver my prescription??
Prescription
We do accept prescriptions from the European Union including countries of the European economic union. We require the original/physical prescriptions to be sent into ourselves through the post before we can dispatch an order.
